I love this article! I love how you tie God into your work. You are so right. We are divine children of God and we should put more store in what that means here on Earth - in what it means to our mission here - and how much confidence we put in God and the gifts and talents that he has bestowed upon us so that we can serve Him and his other children.

I love this. Emotional control escaped me for a long time. I was knew I wanted it but my emotions always got the better of me. Even still. Last night I ate after 7pm knowing that if I did that it would be hard to wake up in the morning. What's wrong with us?! Why do we self sabotage like that?

I LOVE this article. I think it's so important to be aware of ones emotions. If we're not self aware then we're certainly all over the place.

It's too easy to get angry at others when we're not aware of ourselves.

What did Christ say about getting the beam out of our own eye? Hmm...

Anyway, thanks for this! I love it!

How true this is - we must first understand that there is a difference in our emotions and the Holy Spirit we can assess if we are controlling our emotions or if our emotions are controlling us.

Emotions are/can be a good thing when controlled and we must understand why we 'feel' the way we do.

I know there is more great info to come on this - I cannot wait to read it!

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I am back in school working on completing my AA to transfer to UNCW for Special Education. I love helping people and can relate to alot of Special Education situations. I have often thought of getting a minor in Social Work. I will keep praying.
